Come and join us at Raby Bay (Beach 2) for a fabulous day of paddling and fun SUP games. Catch up with familiar faces and meet new members. There will be no club BBQ due to current COVID safety, but BYO picnic, drinks and a chair and get yourself settled in for a day of fun and good times with the BrisSUP crew. A table will be set up for sharing any plates of savoury/sweet treats to nibble on during the morning. Our annual Christmas light paddle is an absolute unique experience. Just stick some lights on your board and get ready for a truly unique nighg paddle along the beautiful decoraded canals of Aquatic paradise. This will be suitable for paddlers of all standards.  Please BYO drinks and a plate to share for some after paddle fun. We encourage all to get into the Christmas Spirit - decorate, light up your boards and dig our your Santa hats and dress up. Meeting at 6.30pm, at the playground of Aquatic Paradise West - Birkdale. On the water for 7pm. Don't forget legropes!

BrisSUP Club proudly presents the Coochie Classic 2021 Please note the different launch point this year due to construction works at the usual park we have relocated this year: WH Yeo Park, south of the boatramp and watertaxi terminal at Victoria Point. There are 2 course options available: SHORT (5km) and LONG (13km around the island). The long course will commence at WH Yeo Park (water start) will then head towards the island (east of water taxi jetty) and then either be paddled anti-clockwise or clockwise around the island - TBC on the event day. The short course will also commence at WH Yeo Park and will keep paddlers parallel to the main land and will also be fine for the less experienced paddlers. Short course paddler won't be paddling to the island this year - the distance would be too far to qualify for a "short" course and there is a long stretch of open water to cross to reach the island. Come and join us for an amazing sunset paddle experience at Wellington Point. It will be an easy paddle for everyone. After the paddle we have a BBQ sausage sizzle and some drinks with music and great company. You can bring a plate to share if you like. RELAX!! Monday will be a public holiday!! **Opportunity to all Financial BrisSUP Club members only** Simon Prosser a SQ accredited trainer of Whatsupadventures will be offering a training clinic for beginners and intermediate paddlers this Saturday.  Places are limited to 10 per 1 hour class.  The first class will commence at 7am and the second at 8am.   Please register your interest to ensure you save a place. Simon will be covering a variety of technical skills to help improve your paddling skills for both recreational and race techniques.

*****WEATHER PERMITTING***** This is a weekly event every Tuesday. Check Facebook for regular updates. A headlamp or suitable light may be required. Time Trials are for all paddlers. Suitable for anyone looking for some fitness, to better your own time or just as an excuse to get out and paddle. This is not a race. Paddlers are released at intervals and you are only trying to set your own best time. If you are new to paddling, we can offer you some technical help as well.
